Electrical impulses

The full-body EMS suits use electrical impulses to contract your muscles during exercise without putting any strain on your joints.

Proven training technique

Worldwide success

Already popular globally, with over 13K full-body EMS studios open worldwide and still growing. The FDA-approved technology has been quietly scaling in the US, Canada, Asia and now Australia and New Zealand.

What is like?

The first time you try an EMS training session the pulsing will be weak and hardly noticeable. As you progress through your EMS training session your trainer will adjust the level according to your needs.

Each pulse lasts for four seconds during which the full body suit triggers the contraction of the muscles. After each four-second pulse there are four seconds of relaxation. As you go, our personal EMS trainers will demonstrate the exercises that are tailored to help you reach your personal fitness goals.

Certified EMS trainers

EMS training is a highly effective and safe method to improve physical performance. Our certified EMS trainers can customise the type and intensity of your session to reflect your desired outcomes.

Does it work?

Scientific studies show that using a 20 minute EMS strength training program over 12 weeks delivered: 9% body fat loss and 4kg (9lbs) weight loss*, 30% increase in strength*, 89% of all probands felt substantially stronger and tighter*, 98% of all muscles were engaged during a workout*.

Known since 1761

Luigi Galvani (1761) provided the first scientific evidence that current can activate muscle. During the 19th and 20th centuries, researchers studied and documented the exact electrical properties that generate muscle movement. It was discovered that the body functions induced by electrical stimulation caused long-term changes in the muscles.. In the 1960s, Soviet sport scientists applied EMS in the training of elite athletes, claiming 40% force gains. In the 1970s, these studies were shared during conferences with the Western sport establishments. However, results were conflicting, perhaps because the mechanisms in which EMS acted were poorly understood. Medical physiology research pinpointed the mechanisms by which electrical stimulation causes adaptation of cells of muscles, blood vessels and nerves.
